Fred is a one year old who was found in the streets of Jamaica where someone had chopped his leg off with a Machete and left him there to die. Thanks to Montego Bay Animal Haven, Fred was rescued and adopted to a family in Canada. That did not work well for Fred so now, he is a Floridian. HE is pretty darn amazing. See his training videos!!
