Meet Tucker! Tucker was an owner surrender to a high kill shelter. Right away she was labeled as aggressive because she would growl and not let anyone near her cage. She was given 5 days to live and not even made available for adoption because of her "aggression". Well, we just happened to be at the shelter picking up other rescue kitties, took one look into her eyes, and knew we had to save her. Since her foster brought her home, she has been nothing but a purring sweetheart and has NOT shown one bit of aggression (she was just scared because she lost everything she once knew). Poor Tucker was also infested with fleas and developed upper respiratory and a fever as most shelter kitties do, but she is in good hands thanks to the helpful staff at Riverbridge Animal Hospital. She was given a flea bath and antibiotics to help her get back on her feet. To donate or help sponsor Tucker please follow the link below.
