Nine month old Chrissy was sitting in a shelter in Bay County, Florida.  Her fur and skin have been ravaged by Demodex Mange and her euthanasia date had arrived.  A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue had previously arranged to pull of a number of other dogs from the shelter when they learned about Chrissy.  The pull was not scheduled for a few days so our representative begged the shelter to hold her a few more days so we could save her.  We are happy to report that Chrissy has been saved and is now in a loving foster home and will get all the care she needs to recover and be ready for her forever home.  If you’d like to sponsor Chrissy’s recovery, please consider making a donation!
