If you're looking for a dignified, welcoming, talkative gentleman.....you've found him!  Biff was born outside and brought to his foster's doorstep when he was 8 weeks old.  As soon as he arrived, he disappeared!  There would be sightings every now and then and he would come over to have breakfast and dinner.  He was finally caught and given his kitten shots and neutered and he was released because he was not ready to live inside and was much happier being able to wander around the house and yard.  Surprisingly, a few months later, Biff decided he was ready to take on the life of a house cat.  He started spending all of his time at the front door, greeting everyone.  He started coming up to his foster family for some snuggles and to rub around their legs.  The day before Tropical Storm Issac hit his foster family brought him inside to keep him safe and start him on his way to life of luxury he is destined to live!  Biff is an absolute sweetheart with bright amber eyes and a personality you can't resist.
