Chico is actually neither a Chihuahua or a Min Pin.  He is a Prague Ratter, a breed so rare in the United States that there isn't even a listing for it on Petfinder.

What's not to love about Chico? He loves to play with people and other dog.  If you're looking for a watch dog, he is not for you...he welcomes everyone with tail wags and kisses.  He's tiny enough, so you can just scoop him up and tote him around, but you will have to be careful with his fragile body.  Chico is a perfect candidate for doggie clothes, even if he doesn't like them...you'll never hear him complain.  There are very few things that can ruin this happy dog's day.  We can all take a life lesson from Chico!
