She is sweet beyond words. Full of kisses and the tail never stops wagging. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on shots. She needs a foster or forever home asap. Pepper does great with kids. She weighs 30 pounds after much love and kibble. She came in at just 15 pounds aka Yorkie size. Please help me find a loving home for her.
