Description:

Klaus is a bright and affectionate Australian Cattle Dog with the perfect mix of energy and heart. He’s housebroken, crate trained, and loves his twice-daily walks — the perfect partner for someone who enjoys staying active.

He’s incredibly smart and eager to please, already knowing commands like sit, down, and he will patiently stay by the door until you tell him it’s time to go out. Like most Cattle Dogs, he thrives on consistency and structure, and he’ll reward you with total devotion.

When it’s time to play, Klaus has one favorite hobby — destroying cardboard boxes! Don’t worry though — he’s a perfect gentleman in the house and saves all that energy just for his boxes. He also loves his rubber chew toys!!

After he’s done with his “cardboard projects,” this sweet boy turns into a cuddle pumpkin, happy to curl up in your lap and soak up all the love you have to give.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s as intelligent as he is affectionate, Klaus will be your best friend through every walk, cuddle, and adventure.

He’s also good with other dogs, but I really think he’d be best in a home with only one other dog or as a single dog. He just really loves a lot of attention. He’s also OK with kids. He lived with two kids that are currently seven and nine.
