ABOUT YOUR GENEROUS DONATION: A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue, is a non-profit, all volunteer organization serving Palm Beach County. We receive no federal or state funding and rely solely on community donations,  and fundraising events to support our operations and care for the animals.
